About The Position

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, fulfillment, and shipment of products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
• Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided)
• Previous experience in cold, freezing, or hot warehouse temperatures. (Preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders
• Load and unload with manual or delivery trucks using equipment
• Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory storage areas
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Follow established safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
