About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you support store operations by compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory and orders, assisting customers, and operating a forklift. Work may involve moving merchandise on the sales floor or loading it into customers’ vehicles. The role requires accuracy, customer service, safe work practices, and keeping merchandise and work areas organized. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Complete Floor & Decor forklift certifications.
• Where permitted by state law, pass a drug test to receive heavy-equipment certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is preferred but not required.

• Compile orders, replenish and move merchandise, check inventory and orders, and operate a forklift.
