About The Position

The primary role of the Warehouse Associate is to receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. They are also responsible for the efficient load out of installation teams as well as property maintenance. We are looking for someone that is a proactive Warehouse associate. You enjoy tidying up after jobs and take pride in how your area looks. You have a strong sense of integrity and don’t turn a blind eye when things need to be done the right way. You value safety over “quickness” when working in a Warehouse. Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next job to accomplish for the day. Working independently from time to time does not intimidate you.

Requirements

Organized and maintain orderliness.
Team-player ready to say yes and not afraid of challenges.
Early bird (position starts at 6 am).

Nice To Haves

Experience in a warehouse environment.
Forklift operation certification.
Understanding of computer use and ability to perform basic entries.

Responsibilities

Maintain the warehouse, office, and ground with general cleaning and maintenance duties.
Operate a forklift, lawn maintenance machinery, and snow removal equipment efficiently and safely.
Become knowledgeable of the warehouse layout and will sort carpets, materials or items on racks, shelves according to ACS specifications.
Prepare items for shipment for arriving installers during dispatch.
Ensure proper storage for any received deliveries.
Drive company vehicles to deliver additional materials or orders to customer homes or THD stores.
