About The Position
Crossroads Courier, a leading local courier company based in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our team as a Warehouse Associate! As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, managing inventory from various customers, and providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire 8-hour shift
- Capable of lifting 50-100 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping processes
- Maintain accurate part inventories
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness
- Foster and maintain customer relationships
- Handle warehouse customer billing
