About The Position

Responsible for proper handling of material throughout the warehouse. Unloads, receives, counts, and processes transactions for incoming products. Labels inventory with item numbers and ensures it is properly packaged for storage, and stocking appropriately. Performs inventory audits and physical inventory. Creates outgoing shipments to satisfy sales orders in a timely manner. Reports results of activities to Counter Sales, Inside Sales and other team members as appropriate.

Requirements

Working knowledge of oilfield equipment/goods.
Knowledge of inventory management practices.
Ability to create/complete shipping documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment and pass operator qualification such as pallet jack, forklift, telehandler within 30 days.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platforms (Dynamics, Automate, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent customer service.
1 + years of relevant experience, required.
Obtain client specific safety training provided by Milford within 2 months.
Ability to provide H2S and PEC Certification and/or pass Milford offered course upon onboarding.
Ability to provide Forklift Certification and/or pass Milford offered course upon onboarding.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach with arms, kneel and push/pull/lift 50 pounds.
Ability to walk long distances in rough terrain.
Stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing ramps or stairs.
Ability to wear PPE.
Reaching overhead, at or below shoulder level.
Keyboarding.
Sitting for long periods of time.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Valid driver’s license and must pass MVR requirements.
Pass background screening and drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Ability to drive light duty truck/trailer combo less than 10,000 pounds, preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work in a safe manner and ensure PPE/Milford safety policies are followed.
Greet all customers in person or via telephone in a timely, professional manner.
Prepare rental and merchandise inventory for customer pickup/delivery.
Prepare outgoing shipment documents.
Inspect and document condition of outgoing/ingoing rental equipment with customer.
Receive shipments from carriers/vendors, verify accuracy, and follow receiving processes to stock/re-stock inventory.
Perform physical inventory as needed.
Coordinate and document transfer of material between branch locations.
Utilize material handling equipment to unload and load customers/vendor shipments.
Other related duties as assigned.
