Requirements
- Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 30 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of materials.
- Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including but not limited to drill presses, miter saws, and table saws, in a safe and effective manner.
- Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting.
- Train cross functionally to take on new challenges and progress to higher operations roles.
- Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
