About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position supports the maintenance team, with maintenance skills being helpful but not required. This role operates on the 2nd Shift, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, within a climate-controlled facility. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of High School education is required.
Familiarity with proper packing methods and materials.
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS Worldship required.
Basic math and computer skills required.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
1 year of certifiable experience in operation of stand-up and sit-down forklifts/reach trucks/pallet jackets for 1 of the open roles required.

Nice To Haves

Maintenance skills helpful, but not required.
Experience with online freight carrier software is desirable.
Experience with scanners is helpful.
Previous warehouse experience in a medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry of 2 to 4 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handling/moving/documenting raw materials, finished goods, and in-bound freight in the warehouse.
Preparing products for shipment for internal and external customers.
Checking orders picked for accuracy.
Packing orders for shipping.
Shipping products via FedEx, UPS, or Freight carrier.
Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment and following prescribed safety regulations.
Following all company quality and compliance regulations.
Other duties as required.
