About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. In this role, you will help keep the warehouse running smoothly while focusing on quality and following safety protocols. The work includes unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries. Teamwork is important, and employees are expected to work together to complete the job.

The position is part-time, approximately 4–5 variable days per week and 25–30 hours total. Shifts are 2:00 AM to 9:00 AM or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completing all required sorting work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The position is at 200 Fallon Road, Stoneham, MA 02180, and pays $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
