About The Position

Ditsch USA is looking for Warehouse Associates to join their Cincinnati team on 1st and 2nd shift. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, shipping, tracking inventory, moving materials, and helping keep production and shipments running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity.

Requirements

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory experience required.
• ERP system experience required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, dock, freezer, and production areas.

Nice To Haves

• SAGE 100 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ship, and track inventory.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts or material handling equipment if trained.
• Move materials throughout warehouse, dock, freezer, and production areas.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
