About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations at 235 E 2nd St, Mineola, NY 11501. Package Handlers contribute to smooth warehouse operations by working safely, maintaining quality, and helping create a productive and secure work environment. The role involves unloading trailers, sorting packages by ZIP code, and loading trucks for deliveries, while working collaboratively with the team.

This is a part-time position with variable days, approximately four days per week and 28–30 hours total. The listed shift is 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the day's required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. Pay is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to remain on your feet while working.
• Be able to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and make safety a priority.
• Unload trailers.
• Sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete warehouse operations.
