About The Position

PepWear, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, is a leading, growing company producing and selling screen-printed and embroidered apparel and commemorative plaques at school events and to school groups across the country. With a focus on service, integrity, and learning, our Team makes the difference! We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who want to join our Warehouse Department Team. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunity to grow and learn new skills in this department and in other PepWear departments. Candidates must be comfortable working with quick turnarounds in a detail-oriented work environment. The ability to learn quickly and be willing to take on new challenges is a must.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Goal and achievement-oriented with a strong organizational skillset
Understand and be committed to accountability and ownership of responsibilities and results
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Willingness to learn internal management software

Nice To Haves

General trailer maintenance and knowledge
Trailer pulling experience
Warehouse, logistics, and inventory control experience
Forklift experience or certification

Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound freight shipments
Receive, stock, pull, and ship merchandise
Drive company vehicles to pick up maintenance & office supplies
Build and wrap multiple pallets daily
Unload trucks, trailers, and vehicles
Keep the warehouse and PepWear grounds organized and clean
Perform maintenance tasks throughout the PepWear facility (e.g., bulb replacement, lawn care, tire maintenance, trash pickup, metal sweeps, ceiling tiles)
Perform occasional trailer drops and pick-ups to and from remote employees
