About The Position

A Warehouse Associate performs tasks related to branch retail trailer parts and accessory sales, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and coordination with service teams. The role includes assisting branch customers by phone and in person, handling parts orders and customer orders, supporting service orders and cycle counts, and providing customer service to resolve issues. The position works in an office and plant environment and may involve using power tools, forklifts, and company vehicles.

Requirements

• Ability to use hands for data entry and inventory organization, operate power tools, and drive company vehicles and/or forklifts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to assist with parts installations and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Favorable background screening, physical and drug screening, and proof of work authorization in the United States are required.
• Ability to perform keyboarding, lifting, standing, bending, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Initiate parts and accessory sales to branch customers by phone and in person.
• Order parts and post parts to service orders.
• Pull customer orders, provide price estimates, and assist with parts cycle counts.
• Read and understand job orders, take corrective action, and document parts ordering and delivery processes according to company standards.
• Drive company vehicles safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customers and vendors to resolve issues effectively.
• Assist with installation of trailer parts, including cross members, panels, posts, rails, door equipment, flooring, lights, wiring, brakes, valves, airlines, wheel-end components, landing gear, and frame assembly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
