Responsibilities
- Receive, process and store goods into stock from purchase and production orders via SAP.
- Perform material goods issues to production orders.
- Account for scrap generated by production and create documents associated with the scrap sale.
- Deliver goods to designated recipients.
- Communicate all count discrepancies to purchasing department.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist in ordering packing supplies.
- Process domestic shipments through pack station, UPS and FedEx software.
- Complete all required shipping documentation.
- Schedule pick-ups with freight forwarders and courier.
- Operate a forklift to move and place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
- Assist in the annual physical inventory.
- Maintain safe operations by following procedures and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as necessary.
