Objectives of this Role Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products Maintain inventory integrity through proper documentation and handling Support a safe and organized warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 80 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a secure work environment
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Nice To Haves
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Experience in flooring, construction, or distribution industries
- Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
