About The Position

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits Licensee Service Center/Warehouse in Harrisburg as Part-Time Warehouse Associates – Intermittent Liquor Store Clerks (ILSC). This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in selecting, packing, and shipping products to fulfill licensee orders. This hands-on position keeps you engaged and active while ensuring our licensees receive their orders accurately and on time. These positions are eligible for Affordable Care Act / Bronze Plan medical benefits from day one.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Must meet the PA residency requirement.
Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Must pass a background investigation.
An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Nice To Haves

No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided, including forklift and pallet jack operation.

Responsibilities

Select, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Safely lift products – occasionally overhead or from a squatting position from the floor – weighing 30 to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds, ensuring both personal safety and product protection.
Stand for extended periods of time.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Utilize scanners, box cutters, dollies, carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
