About The Position

MMK Logistics is hiring Night Shift Warehouse Associates/ Order Pickers. This is a very labor-intensive, high-energy position. You will be on your feet for 10 to 12 hours a night, utilizing a physical order sheet to accurately track, pick, and restack heavy cases of product to build pallets for morning deliveries. Requirements

Must live in or near the Elgin, IL area with reliable transportation for night shift hours.
Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and lift heavy cases continuously for a 10-to-12 hour shift.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, case-picking, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic is our priority.
Comfort using or learning the Encompass™ Beverage Management Operating System and basic inventory tracking.
Ability to take direction well from the Pick Team Lead and Night Shift Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

Review printed order sheets to identify, locate, and physically pick product cases throughout the warehouse.
Heavy lifting, manual breakdown, and restacking of cases during the picking process to optimize pallet space and ensure secure loads.
Maintain efficiency and accuracy standard tracking goals (target pick rate of 150 items per hour / load rate of 230 items per hour).
Safely slice pallet wrap and follow the company’s Breakage Policy to minimize product damage and ensure accurate handling.
Safely utilize warehouse equipment (such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts) to transport inventory across the floor.
Separate and organize specialized customer "will call" orders for seamless morning pickups.
Keep the aisles clear and safe by continuously removing garbage, cardboard, and discarded pallet wrap.
