About The Position

Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their Distribution Center in Pennsauken, NJ. This role involves receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of various products, primarily for the woodworking industry. The company is a leading specialty wholesale distributor with a significant annual revenue and is part of the global Würth Group.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year of warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, loading/unloading trucks)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Sit-down forklift experience (propane variety)
• SIT-DOWN PROPANE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 3-PEDAL CONFIGUARATION with CLUTCH (INCHING PEDAL) + BRAKE + GAS.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling/picking orders of laminate sheets, glue, and other miscellaneous products, mostly on foot.
• Processing orders, locating products, processing returns, and on-foot and vehicular order picking.
• Processing outbound orders in the LTL shipping area, including verification of quantities and item condition before loading onto carrier tractor trailers.
• Processing inbound delivery receipts, indicating products on receipt match products delivered, and noting damages or quantity discrepancies.
• Working in a team environment on a variety of inbound and outbound warehouse duties.
• Loading and unloading of flatbeds, railcars, and containers.
• Assisting customers with loading their order onto their vehicles.
• Assisting with general warehouse responsibilities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Other duties as assigned.
