About The Position

The Warehouse Associate supports the efficient operation of the warehouse by receiving, storing, and distributing products, managing inventory accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role includes preparing outgoing shipments, inspecting and securely packaging products, stocking received items, and coordinating with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. CST.

Requirements

High level of accuracy when reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
Ability to work independently and alongside team members on a daily basis.
Track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50+ pounds, bending, stooping, and computer work.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse or distribution center experience; the employer is willing to train the right candidate.
Forklift certification or willingness to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to established procedures and shipping guidelines.
Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and shipment.
Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
Routinely stack and unstack products and repeatedly lift 50+ pounds throughout the day.
Organize and stock received products in appropriate warehouse locations, using space efficiently.
Monitor packaging material inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and time-efficient work environment.
Follow safety protocols and equipment guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
Perform other duties as assigned.
