About The Position

Ace Hardware Home Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. This role involves supporting the warehouse operations by picking up and delivering parts, preparing materials for jobs, assisting with physical inventory, and ensuring field personnel have the necessary supplies. The position also requires checking pricing on purchase orders and receiving products from suppliers. The Warehouse Associate will also perform other tasks as requested by the warehouse supervisor or General Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to accurately enter information in the computer.
• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel and managers.
• Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Go to the supply houses, pick up parts and deliver them to the jobs as well as pick up parts/paperwork from the field personnel as required.
• Help with preparing materials for jobs as needed.
• Help with physical inventory (monthly).
• Help in AM with getting the field personnel out of shop.
• Help ensure field personnel have what they need for jobs.
• Check pricing on PO’s.
• Check product in from suppliers when needed.
• Other tasks as requested by the warehouse supervisor, General Manager.
