About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY Perform an array of functions involving the receipt, storage, movement, and consumption of materials in a pharmaceutical environment. Assists Warehouse Lead in reconciliation of inventory and assist others warehouse associates when needed. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage time and work load for shift operations Prepare shipments by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting physical counts, determining root cause for discrepancies, and resolving/remedying discrepancies in inventory records such as SAP and Excel

Requirements

• Minimum High school diploma, or equivalent
• 2+ years in pharmaceuticals warehouse and Distribution environment
• Computer skills required (Word, Excel)
• Forklift Certification

Nice To Haves

• SAP preferred
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Controlled substance experience preferred
• Temperature controlled aka Cold-Chain experience preferred
