About The Position

Core-Mark, part of Performance Food Group, is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The role involves accurately picking and packing products and preparing customer orders for shipment while following safety regulations and meeting quality standards. Associates help maintain an efficient flow of product through the production process, work independently, communicate with other departments, and contribute as team members. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, increasing to $20.00 per hour after forklift certification.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of warehouse and/or production work experience.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of warehouse and/or production work experience.
• OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
• Operate scanning equipment.
• Pack orders according to customer requirements or provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Use an Order Picker to pull empty pallets from racks.
• Use an Order Picker to pull replenishment transfer orders when needed.
• Use Reach Trucks to pull replenishment transfer orders when needed.
• Identify mistakes and problems, recommend solutions, provide timely feedback, involve others in problem-solving when needed, and follow responsibilities through to completion.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
