About The Position

Allied Supply Company is a 90-year family-owned distributor serving the HVACR and air filtration industries across Ohio and surrounding regions. We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to support our Toledo branch operations. This position begins as a part-time warehouse role focused on supporting daily operations, inventory management, and customer service. The role will transition full-time to include delivery driver responsibilities in addition to warehouse duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility. You'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, supporting order fulfillment, and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic computer or handheld device skills preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs.)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical physical
• Ability to safely operate a company delivery vehicle in accordance with company policies and DOT requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Process returns and log shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide friendly and helpful service to customers picking up orders
• Transition into delivery driver responsibilities, including safely delivering products to customers while providing excellent customer service
