About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate at Floor & Decor, you support the retail location by compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, checking inventory and orders, helping customers, and operating a forklift. Work may involve moving merchandise to the sales floor or to customers’ vehicles. The role also includes keeping merchandise organized and the work area clean and safe, while assisting in other store areas as needed. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Minimum base pay starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Complete forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.
• Where permitted by state law, successful passing of a drug test is required for certification to use heavy equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment is preferred but not required.
