About The Position

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Warehouse personnel. As a warehouse personnel, our distribution center works closely with our production plant. We specialize in the warehousing and shipping of Gates finished hydraulic hoses and their various parts.

Requirements

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions throughout all processes.
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is essential for this role.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting, up to 65 lbs.
• Basic proficiency in reading, math, computer usage, and measurement skills required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of and commitment to collaborative manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to support team members, step in as needed, and share knowledge for cross-training purposes.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and deliver them to production
• Package and ship finished hoses, marked with the Gates logo, to customers worldwide.
• Handle inbound shipments, process outbound orders, complete paperwork, fill orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory.
• Work collaboratively to support safety, productivity, and the delivery of high-quality products.
• Consistently demonstrate safe work habits and adhere to all safety requirements.
• Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure compliance with established standards
• Plan, evaluate, set up, and operate necessary equipment while verifying compliance
• Utilize scanners and internal production systems efficiently.
