About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, processing, storing, and shipping products. This role ensures accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order handling
Effective communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Strong work ethic demonstrated through reliability, punctuality, time management, and safety awareness

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior warehouse or logistics experience considered a plus

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, promptly reporting any issues
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
Load and unload trucks using manual methods or powered equipment
Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain efficiency
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular cycle counts
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (as certified)
Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Assist with labeling, tagging, and stocking products as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and operational goals
