About The Position

Midwest Food Services is hiring Night Shift Warehouse Associates and offers a Pay for Performance Program where hard work, dedication, and performance are recognized and rewarded. The more you contribute, the more opportunities you have to grow and succeed. The earning potential includes a training rate of $19.00/hr for the first 4 weeks, followed by a base pay of $16.75/hr plus a $0.75 shift differential and performance bonuses. There are no performance caps, and base pay is always protected. The schedule is Sunday – Friday, 6:30 PM – 2:00 AM. Associates will rotate through key warehouse functions, including forklift operation, order selecting, and loading in a fast-paced, primarily cooler-based environment with some freezer work.

Requirements

• 1+ years warehouse experience with RF scanning & inventory
• 1+ year forklift/pallet jack experience
• Ability to work in freezer environments (down to -30°F)
• Reliability, team-oriented, positivity, and safety-focused
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
