Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or related certification a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or asset management preferred.
- Forklift driving experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
- Fluent in English
Nice To Haves
- logistics or related certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Receiving department by learning and assimilating our receiving procedure and policies.
- Unload furniture orders into the warehouse using a pallet jack or forklift.
- Check off manufacturer or dealer supplied order pack lists.
- Inspect packaging for damaged products and photograph and document damaged product.
- Occasionally assist the Asset Management department by unloading products for customer inventory.
- Palletize or consolidate orders for out-bound shipments or customer pick-ups.
- Occasionally assist office admin staff with the delivery of office/cleaning supplies or the pickup of Fed-Ex/UPS shipments.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to communicate with Turnkey project support, scheduling and management.
