About The Position

Aramsco is seeking an energetic and driven Warehouse Associate to support warehouse distribution and inventory operations. The role involves locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping merchandise; assembling customer orders; processing freight and returns; maintaining inventory records and product locations; and helping keep the warehouse clean and safe. Associates may need to work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines and must handle merchandise frequently and repetitively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Training and certification to operate material-handling equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Experience with cycle counts and RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform arithmetic using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Good physical health.
• Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, or pull 75 pounds or more.
• Familiarity with data works systems and ability to input and retrieve data.

Responsibilities

• Locate, count, receive, store, stock, and ship warehouse merchandise.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, place items on pallets, and convey orders to the packing station.
• Receive and count incoming daily freight and enter received items into the computer system.
• Sort and store materials and products on racks, bins, or shelves according to sequence or product code.
• Review and resolve freight claim discrepancies.
• Update product maintenance locations daily.
• Accurately complete daily cycle counts.
• Inspect and process warehouse returns.
• Review and respond to queues in a timely manner.
• Load and unload merchandise during receiving and shipping.
• Operate company equipment professionally and safely.
• Assist with daily warehouse maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal to meet sanitation and safety codes.
