Requirements

• Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed.
• Reliable, on-time attendance record; Ability to efficiently reach productivity goals.
• Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
• Promote a culture of teamwork where we help each other to learn and meet shared goals.
• The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve months in previous employment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and supplies.
• Use handheld scanners to log and manage inventory in real time.
• Learn to drive cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or overhead cranes (where available).
• Use pneumatic and power tools to build crates and apply rust-preventative coatings.
• Perform ongoing housekeeping to keep the workspace organized and safe.
