About The Position

The Warehouse Associate (Equipment Processing & Inventory Control) will join the Ontario team and is responsible for ensuring all equipment entering and leaving the warehouse is clean, safe, properly stored, and ready for use. This role is critical in maintaining the flow of equipment and supporting both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and understands the importance of a well-maintained warehouse for customer experience. They should be dependable, proactive, and willing to support their team.

Requirements

1+ year in a warehouse, inventory, or physically active role
Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling equipment throughout the day
Attention to detail: You take pride in cleanliness, organization, and accuracy
Work ethic: Reliable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of your space
Technical comfort: Able to learn inventory systems and use basic computer tools
Communication: Able to work effectively with team members and support internal needs

Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, and inspect all incoming and outgoing mobility equipment
Ensure equipment meets quality and safety standards before being restocked or dispatched
Identify and flag any damage or maintenance needs
Accurately return equipment and parts to their designated locations
Maintain a clean, orderly, and easy-to-navigate warehouse
Ensure high-demand items are consistently stocked and accessible
Move, lift, and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs or more with assistance as needed)
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Stage equipment for delivery, service, or customer pickup
Support cycle counts and inventory tracking
Use internal systems (e.g., Navision) to maintain accurate inventory records
Assist in minimizing loss, damage, or misplaced items
Collaborate with Service Technicians, Sales, and Admin teams
Step in to support wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
