Requirements

Physical capability to regularly lift 50+ lbs and handle products ranging from 5-60 lbs.
Strong process orientation with attention to detail and systematic approach to work.
Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in team environments.

Genuine interest in learning and mastering new skills and processes.
Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment with seasonal variations.
Availability for one weekend day per week (with one guaranteed weekend day off).

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain—we provide comprehensive training).
Experience in warehouse, agricultural, or retail environments.
Understanding of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

Execute systematic receiving, organization, and inventory management processes to keep three Connecticut locations fully stocked.
Handle diverse agricultural supplies including premium pet foods, fertilizers, livestock feed, trees, and shrubs with precision and care.
Prepare customer orders for delivery with attention to detail.
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts to efficiently move products (training provided).
Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards.
Contribute improvement ideas to help the company grow and serve customers better.
