About The Position

Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG), part of Foundation Building Materials, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, organize, move, and safely load materials. The role supports warehouse operations and customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, with an emphasis on integrity, reliability, safety, and career growth. This is a full-time position offering a base rate of $22–$26 per hour and competitive benefits. The position reports to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.
Ability to frequently use hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping, and manipulation.
Ability to occasionally operate a forklift or similar equipment for multiple hours a day.
Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry approximately 100 pounds using proper lifting procedures.

Nice To Haves

Building supply warehouse experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide service to customers entering the warehouse and maintain a high level of customer focus.
Develop and maintain understanding of products, including their identification, weight, and size.
Perform minor building maintenance when necessary.
Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
Allocate and move materials to their correct locations and keep the warehouse orderly.
Maintain packing specifications and prepare suitable skids and pallets.
Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols and OSHA requirements, use proper lifting techniques, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, safety shoes, and clothing.
Attend and participate in required company training programs.
Support company values in safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and being a company of choice for employees and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
