About The Position

Join Align Aerospace's warehouse team in a critical operations role supporting receiving, shipping, inventory, kitting, and pick/pack. This position offers a hands-on experience where you will rotate through key warehouse functions, ensuring the aerospace industry operates safely and on time. Every role includes maintaining a clean and safe work area, working as part of a team, and adhering to safety and quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to learn multiple departments, becoming a versatile member of the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3+ years of warehouse or similar experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs+ with assistance
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded

Nice To Haves

• Shipping experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming product quantities and documentation
• Scan and put away inventory using our ERP system
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Pick and pack parts with speed and accuracy
• Build customer kits to specification
• Scan barcodes and ensure materials flow efficiently
• Locate missing parts
• Process special shipments, Proof of Delivery (PODs), and priority orders
• Keep work area clean and safe
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Learn multiple departments to become a jack of all trades
