About The Position
Dart Machinery is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift. Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components.
Requirements
- High school or GED desired
- 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
- Personal protective equipment is required including but not limited to gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection.

- Prior automotive manufacturing experience
- Hilo experience
- UPS and FedEx operating systems
Responsibilities
- Ensure work procedures are being followed, and expedite workflow
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Receive, unload, and place incoming material
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct physical inventory
- Trouble shoot errors to eliminate the possibility of occurring again
- Contribute to the daily output of the department
- Communication and teamwork within and outside the department
- Follow company safety protocol
