About The Position
Lynco Products is seeking full-time associates to join our growing team at our Bettendorf, IA, facilities. The Bettendorf location is a temperature-controlled facility (heating/air conditioning) that serves our Fashion & Performance Group division, a North American leader in cold weather and seasonal fashion accessories. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, fast-paced, and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma, some college preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (Bettendorf).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
Responsibilities
- Process and audit orders.
- Label product to fit customer needs.
- Pick and pack products to be shipped.
- Ship orders to designated customer locations.
- Unload trailers and trucks by hand.
- Maintain accurate inventories.
- Assist with rework projects.
- Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
