About The Position
A fast-paced, safety-first distribution operation is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mounds View. You will pick, pack and ship industrial supply orders accurately and on time. This is an immediate-start contract in a clean, well-run warehouse.
Requirements
- 6 or more months of warehouse or distribution experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable standing and walking for a full shift
- Basic computer and scanner skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification
- Experience with WMS or ERP systems
- Industrial or MRO supply experience
- Prior work in a fast-paced distribution or industrial setting
- Willingness to cross-train in receiving, shipping and inventory
- Strong record of attendance and safe work habits
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments against paperwork
- Stage and load outbound orders for carriers
- Complete cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
