Warehouse Associate
About The Position
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Warehouse Associate will perform duties related to receiving and shipping medical device products. Accurately and quickly pick, pack, and ship customer orders, paying close attention to packing shipments properly to avoid damage during transport. Maintain accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse and track shipments electronically via SAP Warehouse. Deliver supplies, materials, and equipment to other departments as necessary and lift and move heavy items/packages as required assisting other departments. Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation and monitor and highlight any low inventory items & communicate low level stock items to purchasing. International shipment processing, processing and facilitating RMAs to and from the vendor and customer RMAs and creating/printing labels for finished goods.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED and 0-1 years warehouse experience
- Ability to work on assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and be capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
- Detailed oriented and quality focused.
- Moderate computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to openly communicate with team members and leadership.
Nice To Haves
- Powered Industrial Truck/Pallet Jack experience preferred.
- Visual/SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
