About the Role We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics team in Huntley, IL, reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, accurate order fulfillment, and overall warehouse operations that support our customers worldwide.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (data entry, systems navigation)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using FIFO standards
• Stage and pack orders according to customer requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers
• Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and customer portals
• Receive inbound air and sea shipments
• Store materials in designated locations
• Record and manage incoming shipments in the system
• Process transactions in SAP
• Create advanced shipping notices and invoices via EDI platforms
• Support basic assembly of components (e.g., wiper arms)
• Follow documented procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support forklift charging and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines
• Assist with returned product evaluation and handling
• Support team initiatives and additional operational needs
