About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Warehouse Associate to join our branch. In this role, you won’t just move boxes; you will ensure our entire supply chain remains seamless—from the moment a product arrives to the second it’s loaded for a customer. This position offers a pay rate of $18.50-$20.30 per hour, plus a night shift hourly incentive. The shift is the Second Shift, Monday-Friday, with a start time between 1pm-10pm.

Requirements

• Comfortable with strenuous physical exertion, including the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various climatic conditions or at heights.
• Ability to follow complex oral or written instructions.
• Ability to apply specific rules to organize inventory correctly.
• Solid work history with excellent attendance.
• Available for extended hours when our mission requires it.
• Agile, dexterous, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers, check purchase orders for accuracy, and stock items in their designated homes.
• Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders, ensuring everything is shrink-wrapped, boxed, and labeled to perfection.
• Inspect every item to ensure no damaged goods enter our inventory or leave our dock.
• Safely operate and maintain pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
