About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by sorting and loading packages while following safety protocols and maintaining a productive, secure work environment. The position is part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week across variable days, generally 3–4 days per week. Shifts are 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM or until the sort is complete; hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The job is located at 88 Long Hill Street, Hartford, Connecticut, and pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety while performing warehouse work.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
