About The Position

Chadwell Supply is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for its family-owned maintenance supply company. The role involves selecting, documenting, packaging, staging, and loading customer orders, unloading incoming product, stocking inventory, and operating warehouse equipment. The position offers full-time work with day, mid, or second shift start times, Monday through Friday, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and opportunities for overtime. Hourly pay is $19–$21.22, depending on warehouse and equipment experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift more than 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb steps and ladders, bend, stoop, and carry products up steps and stairs and down ramps and walkways.
• Experience with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, labeling, wrapping, or staging.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience, including sit-down, stand-up, clamp, reach, or pallet jack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Select products from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick ticket orders.
• Maintain company standards for accuracy and promptness when pulling the correct items and quantities.
• Record pulled quantities and product serial numbers accurately and legibly on pick tickets or in related computer programs.
• Package and prepare pulled orders as directed by management, including labeling packages with the customer's name.
• Assist with staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Assist with unloading product from receiving containers as needed.
• Assist with product stocking and other warehouse projects as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment to move or pull inventory as needed.
