About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that plays a key role in moving product throughout the distribution center. You’ll work with material‑handling equipment and support areas such as Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Order Processing, and Replenishment — all to help get amazing tech to our customers! This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with forklifts, requiring steel-toed shoes, bright safety vests, and a commitment to safety. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating amazing customer moments across Canada.

Requirements

Ability to work well in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with consistent bending and twisting.
A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive, team‑focused work environment.
Flexibility for shift changes and overtime during peak periods.
Walkie and Clamp licenses (or in the process of obtaining them).
A strong performance record in productivity, accuracy, and attendance.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the movement of products throughout the distribution center across Receiving, Stocking, Shipping, Order Processing, and Replenishment.
Operate material‑handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Ensure all products remain in perfect condition and ready for customer distribution.
Unload trucks and break down shipments based on SKUs and purchase orders (POs).
Consolidate received freight to support efficient put‑away processes.
Perform accurate put‑away and replenishment tasks so items are stored correctly and ready for picking.
Build and wrap pallets according to customer and shipment needs.
Complete required paperwork and documentation thoroughly and on time.
Enter data accurately into computer systems and RF scanners.
Meet all performance and productivity targets.
