About The Position

Sea to Summit is hiring an Outbound Warehouse Associate for its Broomfield Distribution Center. The role handles unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and moving both case and less-than-case quantities of products within the warehouse. It supports accurate and efficient customer shipments and helps maintain inventory levels throughout the warehouse. Daily tasks may vary according to shipping priorities and warehouse needs. The position is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and is located in Broomfield, Colorado.

Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail to pick the correct items and quantities and ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and learn new procedures quickly.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute a positive attitude.
• Reliability and a solid work ethic.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work, including extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Unload, pick, pack, and ship case and less-than-case quantities of product.
• Move products internally within the warehouse.
• Help ensure products are shipped to customers accurately and efficiently.
• Help maintain proper inventory levels throughout the warehouse.
• Adapt daily work to shipping priorities and warehouse functions.
