Requirements

• Highly reliable and responsible with excellent attendance and consistent goal/metric achievement
• Positive and respectful attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be coached and receive feedback for self-improvement
• Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, while maintaining constant motion
• At least 16 years old
• Willingness to authorize a background check
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Sorting and placing inventory onto a conveyor belt
• Grading books
• Picking, scanning, and shelving inventory
• Staying active throughout the entire shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment
