Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday–Friday, hours ranging from 5:00am-5:00pm, and may require occasional weekend work as needed.
Requirements
- Strong basic math skills; ability to read measuring devices such as rulers, tape measures, and formulas.
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information.
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- Computer literacy.
- Experience reading bills of materials (BOMs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle equipment responsibly
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
- Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Must have good perception, able to see details at close range and be able to distinguish between colors.
- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and safely climb.
- Must be very coordinated, dexterous, have good strength (able to use both hands) and able to lift/move objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill order requests by accurately picking, packing, and scanning materials
- Store and organize inventory to maintain accuracy and accessibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic warehouse systems
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, overhead cranes, electric pallet trucks, double reach trucks, and cherry pickers
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and all levels of management
- Perform general warehouse duties and support operations as needed.
- Work regularly scheduled hours with the ability and willingness to work reasonable overtime.
