About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position is identified by two separate positions: Shipping and Receiving. We are looking to fill our open position(s) with individuals that are hardworking, detail oriented, and above all a good culture fit. Our atmosphere is fast-paced and challenging, but offers great rewards. Receiving: we expect our warehouse associates to be able to unload inbound trucks, separate merchandise, accurately count and receive merchandise, and strategically manage warehouse inventory. Shipping: we expect our warehouse associates to complete outbound orders by: going to specific locations designated by individual pick tickets, strategically staging orders on pallets, which includes stacking, wrapping, measuring, and weighing merchandise, and loading outbound trucks.

Requirements

Forklift – Our warehouse associates primary tool for unloading/loading merchandise, staging merchandise, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
RF Scanner – Our warehouse associates primary tool for receiving, picking, or moving inventory is done with a RF Scanner.
Attention to Detail – must be able to process inventory in an accurate and efficient manner.
Communication/Teamwork – must be a team player with good communication skills.
Work Ethic – must be hard working with an eagerness to learn.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Process and finish orders for pickup or delivery according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, load, ship)
Receive inventory shipments into warehouse by sorting, separating, and storing products in warehouse
Load and unload trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or by hand when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
