The role is physically active and engaging, keeping you moving throughout your shift. You'll handle a diverse range of agricultural supplies, such as pet foods, fertilizers, livestock feed, trees and shrubs, and other agricultural products. Products typically range from 5-60 lbs, with many items coming in 50 lb bags. While physically demanding, the work creates a natural opportunity for fitness and strength building. Our team members often comment that they enjoy the physical nature of the role as it keeps them active and engaged. Our retail environment is dynamic and engaging. Requirements

A passion for customer service and problem-solving
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Desire to learn and master new skills
Flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment
Availability to work one weekend day per week (with one regular weekend day off)
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training)

Responsibilities

Partner with our close-knit team to receive, stock, and maintain our diverse inventory
Handle a variety of agricultural supplies including pet foods, fertilizers, livestock feed, trees, and shrubs
Prepare and load customer orders for delivery with precision and care
Operate equipment including forklifts to efficiently move products
Ensure the warehouse is organized, safe, and customer-ready
Help us continuously improve our operations through your insights and ideas
