About The Position

Lipsey’s is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role involves picking, packing, and processing orders using warehouse technology and automation, including picking robots. No warehouse experience is required, and training is provided. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to regularly lift 35–50 lbs.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process orders using warehouse technology and automation, including picking robots.
• Ensure accuracy when pulling and checking merchandise.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
