About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, proficiency with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced operations.

Requirements

Proven experience operating pallet jacks, and RF scanners within a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP software for inventory control.
Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and stock management.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes including packaging standards.
Experience with warehouse distribution operations in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

Operate pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
Manage inventory through accurate stock stocking, order picking and order fulfillment processes.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update records.
Prepare items for shipping securely while adhering to quality standards.
Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders using RF scanners.
Assist with order picking and packing tasks to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations and maintaining a clean workspace.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate order processing using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols.
Support stock replenishment activities through regular inventory counts and updates in the warehouse management system.
