About The Position

Aramsco is seeking an energetic and driven Warehouse Associate with general knowledge of warehouse distribution and inventory practices. The role handles merchandise throughout the warehouse, including locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping. Associates also help maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety and work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.

The position pays $19.50 per hour. Benefits listed apply to full-time employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three years of work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Training and certification to operate lifting machinery such as reach trucks and forklifts.
• Experience with cycle counts and RF scanners.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Good physical health.
• Ability to work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
• Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, or pull more than 75 pounds.
• Familiarity with data works systems and ability to input and retrieve data.

Responsibilities

• Locate, count, receive, store, stock, and ship warehouse merchandise.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and convey them to the packing station.
• Receive and count incoming daily freight and enter received items into the computer system.
• Sort and store materials and products on racks, bins, or shelves according to sequence or product code.
• Review and resolve freight-claim discrepancies.
• Update product maintenance locations daily.
• Complete cycle counts accurately each day.
• Inspect and process warehouse returns.
• Review and respond to queues in a timely manner.
• Load and unload merchandise during receiving and shipping.
• Operate company equipment professionally and safely.
• Assist with daily warehouse maintenance, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal, to support sanitation and safety requirements.
